Locks for containers

Protect the freight and storage items stored in your containers against unauthorized access, theft and vandalism. We offer you a range of security and locking systems for containers.
Commercially available locks are recommended for the temporary securing of boxes that are constantly accessed, for example. These are placed around the door bar of the container, pushed together and secured with an integrated cylinder lock.

We recommend solid container locks for the protection of high-value freight and containers that are stored unattended or sent on long journeys, for example. These particularly strong locking units have a VdS certificate and, thanks to their robust steel shackle, even prevent the lock from being forced open with cutting pliers or bolt cutters.

Flexibility and security in one AmLoxx container lock:

The AmLoxx container lock is a new type of locking system for overseas containers and also for construction site or storage containers.
The great advantage of AmLoxx is that no changes need to be made to the container itself, while maintaining the highest level of security. No welding or drilling work is required. Not even tools are required!
Only high-quality padlocks from ABUS Granit 37/55 are used as locking elements for AmLoxx. The high security standard and AdS certification are guaranteed with these padlocks.

Seal structure:

The security of the transported goods has the highest priority.
Customs seals are used for secure sealing and have become indispensable on transportation routes. The customs seal also protects against tampering.
Attaching a customs seal does not require a great deal of force, simply press together and the seal is bombproof.

The inside is made of steel, the outside is wrapped in plastic.
The lock is made of iron and is wrapped in plastic.
The tensile strength of the seals is approx. between 11KN - 16KN. The seal is removed with a bolt cutter

Stacking and horizontal securing devices for containers

Containers that are stacked and stored close together must be secured to prevent them from moving, shifting or tipping. This applies in particular when the containers are unloaded. Horizontal and vertical securing elements ensure the required level of safety during the storage and transportation of steel boxes and the best possible protection of the cargo.

Bridge fitting

Bridge fittings are suitable for securing containers horizontally. These variable connecting elements are hooked into the upper, touching corners of adjacent containers. By turning the threaded rod of the bridge fitting with a wrench, the steel boxes to be connected are pulled tightly together. The connected containers are therefore stable next to each other and do not slip. However, pairs of containers connected by bridge fittings cannot be lifted as a unit. The bridge fittings only serve as horizontal protection against slipping and are not suitable for securing stacks.

Stacking cone

Stacking cones are used to temporarily secure stacked containers vertically. These solid elements are hooked into the bottom four corners of the container to be stacked. The steel box equipped in this way can then be placed on top of another container. The conical lower ends of the mounted stacking cones grip into the cast steel corners of the container below and prevent it from slipping. As containers to be stacked have to be lifted anyway, Stacking Cones can be mounted at a convenient working height of the container to be stacked. It is not necessary to walk on the roof of the container below.

Twist Locks

Twist locks offer a permanent way of securing stacked containers. These are inserted into the top four corners of the container below and locked using a lever. Once the container to be stacked has been set down, a second operation of the lever firmly connects the two containers.

Container delivery

Please ask us for transportation costs of the desired container to your location.
We can also organize the unloading of the container from the truck chassis by mobile truck crane, or take care of the transport and installation by crane truck or side loader
(within 250 km of the place of availability).
Delivery usually takes place within 3 to 7 working days after receipt of payment (depending on the means of transportation). We deliver by truck, side loader, rail, barge.
Worldwide deliveries are fulfilled by sea.

Accessories for containers

You will find various spare parts and accessories for your containers in our range. If you want to load your steel boxes conveniently, ramps are suitable for this. Containers that need to be moved regularly without the need for a lot of machinery can be fitted with castors or roller rails. If you intend to use containers as storage space or workshops, you can equip them with tire racks, flat-bottom racks or complete workbenches.
